Lawsuit Funding Process

The first step is the lawsuit funding application: Fill in the form to the right and we will see if you qualify for lawsuit funding.

The second step is a discussion and interview with the yourself or your attorney to fully understand your case.

If approved for lawsuit funding, we will contact you and telephonically offer a fund amount. We then put together a funding agreement for your approval and signature.

Once we have a signed funding agreement we send a check in the mail.
